1. This is a full Imperial Sector of terrain perfect for cityfights. The items are in the original packaging and unopened. Included in the box are instructions for multiple buildings including the Basilica Administratum, Sanctum Imperialis, and Manufactorum.

3x Citadel Carrying Cases – Southern California Preferred
1. These are the classic infantry carrying cases with red foam and hard plastic exteriors. Two of the cases have their full foam inserts while one is only the case itself without inserts. The size and weight of these items would create an unnecessarily high shipping cost so I would prefer to exchange these items in person (92562 area).

Citadel Realm of Battle Board - Southern California Preferred
1. This board was painted and flocked with the matching terrain kit that was released at the same time as the board. The static grass needs another coat or two of clear adhesive. I refrained from doing more than 1 coat because I was afraid of 'frosting' the boards. There are 6 tiles, each measuring 2x2 feet, and they can be arranged in a variety of layouts. The board also comes with a carrying case with handle and strap that fits all pieces of the board neatly inside.

Note - This item is preferred for in person delivery/pick-up in Southern California (92562 area). I previously miscalculated the size of the item when estimating shipping and thought it was unshippable as a result. This was incorrect but still, the size and weight of the item would result in excessive shipping charges which is why I would prefer an in person exchange for the best deal for both parties. I priced this based on similar items going for $500-$600 on ebay but left OBO as an option as well.
