So, I have no idea what's a fair points cost for these guys. But I'll try!

The closest point of comparison is probably the Mature Angel, at 23 points. That'll be base.

Base 23
-1 for lesser move and evasion.
-2 for lesser front AV.
-2 for lesser Fortitude.
-2 for way worse gun compared to the Angel.
-2 for missing Fearless.
For 14 points per model. Feels about right?

Then, the upgrades. Bone 'Ead gains +2 for the same Fort and +2 for better Willpower, so that's a 4 points upgrade.
The Maul is a HELLA GOOD melee weapon, comparable to Massive Void Gel Claws. Call it worth 3 points.
The Shields are also great. +3 feels fair, since they both add an extra melee weapon AND improve defenses.

I think I might be erring on the high side, but better safe than sorry!

A single Ogryn is 14-20 points, so cheaper than an Angel, but not quite as good.
A min Bone 'Ead squad is 32-44 points, but can probably take an Angel, especially if kitted for CQC.
And a maxed-out squad is 124 points-better hope your enemy doesn't kite!

Looks good!

MAS 4 does make them bigger and stronger than a Hunter Warmech or a Gnolti though, which seems a bit off. I would suggest dropping them to MAS 3 and 12 points.

Also worth pointing out that melee weapons replacing ranged weapons tend to be priced very low, as giving up the ability to shoot in MEdge is a huge disadvantage. As such, the maul could probably be either a 0 point swap, or at worst +1.
