Well, you never can go wrong with an all-infantry list.
When you increase the pt size, add some anti-tank.

I would swap the ex tenebris relic to the Phobos Lt and give the captain korvidari bolts. The Captain's Instigator Carbine already can target characters, has good AP (especially when in Tactical Doctrine), and good damage (even better if you give him warlord trait Marksman's Honours which bumps it to D4). the korvidari bolts puts range to 36" and does not need LOS. You then have 2 characters with excellent sniper weapons rather than just one, Ex tenebris also helps the Lt as it has an innate +1 to hit which offsets his BS3.
