Tournament Sunday. Running as many dreadnoughts as I can. Looking for a few points to fill out the list and any stretegems war gear or warlord traits to help out. Thanks for any suggestions.

You could make the iron hands Dreadnought a venerable one? The extra points might be worth it so the lascannons can hit on 2+ rather than the 3+. It then has a save profile of 3+ 6++ 6+++ i think.

Then add a second one if you have the points left.

Why would you play a non-pure IH list these days?

It makes no sense to mix codex SM with any non codex SM. Either go all codex SM, where you get combat doctrines, or mix non codex SM, like BA, SW, DA, DW.

the death company dreads. And the MUTHAFUCKIN FLYING LIBARIAN DREADNOUGHT!!!!!

I thought the 3 dreads that weren't in the vanguard detachment were better off as Iron hands than anything else.

I played today. 1 win a loss and a tie.

Win was against knights.

Tie demons. Abby and a levithan dread.

Loss orks. Morkanought and 2 funny tellyporting anti tank buggys. He came second over all.


The death company dreads were suprising killy. The list as a whole was suprisingly fragile. I took off 2 dreads a turn.
