So the WD preview in Warhammer Community confirms that Inquisition is getting strats and a new psychic discpline- already better than SoS dex.

Telethesia has been with us a while- pretty sure it was in the 54mm Inquisitor game, and previous versions of 40k.

Is it what the current Inquisition index psychic power list is called?

They currently have 3 powers, right?

"Got you, Yugi! Your Rubric Marines can't fall back because I have declared the tertiary kaptaris ka'tah stance two, after the secondary dacatarai ka'tah last turn!"

"So you think, Kaiba! I declared my Thousand Sons the cult of Duplicity, which means all my psykers have access to the Sorcerous Facade power! Furthermore I will spend 8 Cabal Points to invoke Cabbalistic Focus, causing the rubrics to appear behind your custodes! The Vengeance for the Wronged and Sorcerous Fullisade stratagems along with the Malefic Maelstrom infernal pact evoked earlier in the command phase allows me to double their firepower, letting me wound on 2s and 3s!"

"you think it is you who has gotten me, yugi, but it is I who have gotten you! I declare the ever-vigilant stratagem to attack your rubrics with my custodes' ranged weapons, which with the new codex are now DAMAGE 2!!"

"...which leads you straight into my trap, Kaiba, you see I now declare the stratagem Implacable Automata, reducing all damage from your attacks by 1 and triggering my All is Dust special rule!"

Wait...is the SoS one out? I haven't been reading my WDs due to lack of time lately.

Well sort of - its shockingly lazy - some nice bits of lore but zero effort in the rules - nothing new, no FW units - like say the Custodes list.

they're not going to put forge world into a WD army list. but it would be nice if they tweeked the rules to allow squads of 4-10 and gave us rules for a HQ we could build out of the box ala the custodes guard boxes

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Would ahev been nice - or just do a full dex including the FW models - like they did with the Custodes.

I'm looking forward to proper Inquisiton rules ever since they got removed from the 5th ed Grey Knight Codex :(

I'm curious about the going to be presented Inquisitor kitbashes. And weren't there Inquisitors mentioned on the leaked release list for Nov/Dec?

Custom40k Homebrew - Alternate activation, huge customisation, support for all models from 3rd to 10th edition

Designer's Note: Hardened Veterans can be represented by any Imperial Guard models, but we've really included them to allow players to practise their skills at making a really unique and individual unit. Because of this we won't be making models to represent many of the options allowed to a Veteran squad - it's up to you to convert the models. (Imperial Guard, 3rd Edition)

Yes there were, though I suspect they will be re-release of the metal minis we lost; if they do turn out to be plastic kits I would be shocked.

I'm stoked. My wish is either assassin-like rules for taking an Inquisitor in your army, or having acolytes be troops.

I'll take better stats and strats though!

If Karamazov doesn't get his bombardment back, the whole thing is a flop.
