Really great battle today! Lovely terrain, great company and a unique deployment (which saw my Angels Revenant chapter end up in the middle of the battlefield with some sneaky Xenos skirting the edges of all four corners).

My Astartes held their ground, with the crafty Aeldari carrying out fast hit and run attacks and then running away.

A successful charge from my Assault Squad took some early casualties, as did some fire from my Hellblasters and Landspeeder - although the latter fell victim to my opponent's Grim Reapers early in the game.

Both sides inflicted serious casualties, but the Aeldari were too fast and too cunning today. And despite my Furioso melting some Dire Avengers and a barrage of bolter fire crippling some of the enemy's jetbikes, the Xenos were victorious. This time!
