The Wastes of Krieg

So this is yet another version of my 2K list for Tempestus Scions.

The basic strategy is to have the 2 Valkyries drop in with the Bullgryns and the Psykers plus priest to provide them a boost. Meanwhile the Vendetta will come in and drop the Crusaders in near the Bullgryn. The scions will deep strike when objectives need to be captured or vehicles / armored infantry. The Valkyries and Vulture will chew out the blobs of infantry while the Vendetta serves as a tank-buster.

Feedback is appreciated as always.

That is a good list! But! you have actually missed something cool for droptroops with valks. In the vigilis book, there is an entire detachment that counts on having the droptroops and the valkyries in the same detachment. It can give all your plasma +1 to shoot on the turn they come out of the valks. (If you intended to spend those command points after gamestart and just did not put them here, my bad!)
Also, is that 4 tempestor primes I am counting?

What book is vigilis? Also the first Tempestor Prime listed is just there to show who my warlord is and what he is equipped with.

Vigilis Defiant, although a campaign book, has some of the rules that permit mono-gaurd lists to step into the low to mid competitive range in the current meta.
https://www.belloflostsouls.net/2018/12/40k-our-5-favorite-astra-militarum-stratagems-from-vigilus-defiant.html shows a few of the strategems in the book, which are unlocked by turning individual detachments into specialist detachments by spending command points.

Each such detachment costs 1 cp to create, 1 cp to create a warlord trait for the field commander (a subwarlord that only affects detachment units in that detachment) and one to give the subwarlord/field guy a relic specific to the detachment.

For example, the drop detachment warlord trait is "when dropped from out of a valkyrie, all the troops in 6 inch of him fire at +1 to hit" ... his relic lets him deny psyk powers pointed specifically at him, and a couple of specialist strategems are unlocked by the act of making the detachment. One such lets you designate a valkyrie for a "precise drop" and not have to roll for detachment scions dying in a fast drop, another lets a valkryie (but only valks in the detachments you paid to make the specialist detachment) aid in overwatch, a bit like the tau do. It really pops up the firepower effect of overwatch if something is unloading 4d6 heavy bolter shots and a lascannon ... and half of them hit.

The detachment costs 2 whole command points to buy into and 1 to use a strategem on the drop -- and is going to give you about 2 more surviving units from the drop, and about 1/3 extra plasma hits. From the totally safe plasma guns!
Melta guns don't get the extra shots as much, but you don't cry so much when you suddenly lose a hit by rolling a 2, cause its a hit now!

I have gotten so I struggle VERY hard to make a tempestes only battalion as a minimum in any army, with a valk attached, and, usually, a cadian artillery specialist detachment on the other end.
Imperial monogaurd isn't the monster it once was -- but it has a few nice tricks and can actually do pretty good. (Although sadly, I have a few crusaders fewer now .. but I can't think of the last gaurd army I played without one or the other of those things in it. (Well, some of this is because my best painted models are the scions, and the artillery pieces.
