The cost of thunder hammers on characters went up for loyalist space marines. Did this ever happen in the errata for CSM? I've looked in a few places but don't see it.
Or alternately, are CSM still paying the codex price?

Except in the most egregious of cases points adjustments are handled via Chapter Approved and not in the Erratas or Designers' Commentaries.

it's worth noting CSMs will have differant synergies that may make thunderhammers less nuts of em, the most obvious example being that CSMs can't take storm shields.
