So I got some centurions in a used lot, they are great and I am slowing getting the heavy bolters to turn them into the devastator centurions that I run them as. The down side is that all but the srgt. are missing their shoulder pads. I have looked at various bits places and its been pretty expensive to get the shoulder. Anyone have any advice on a 3rd part option of a way to craft them? Heck even a fw option.

Find someone at your LGS with a 3d printer, those things should cost pennies to print off. Heck, my LGS actually has one that they treat like a library copy machine. I can't imagine they're unique on that front.

I've seen some nice 3D printed Centurion shoulderpads on Shapeways, with a raised chapter insignia or battlefield role.
I don't remember whether they were expensive or not, though.
