The idea is to have the smaller Crusader Squad, Helbrecht, the Emperor's Champion, and the Company Veterans drop in on turn 1 to support the Scout squads. Helbrecht's warlord trait makes charges from Deep Strike much more reliable. The Bike Chaplain can zoom 20" across the table to provide charge range support if needed or can hold back to stay safe.
The Vanguard Veterans, Grimaldus, and the big Crusader Squad run across the board as fast as they can, aiming to have the Crusader Squad as far up the board as possible on turn one, bolstered by the 5++ from Grimaldus. One of the Vanguard Veteran squads will likely get the run and charge stratagem on turn one to allow them to hit the enemy at the same time as the first wave.
The TH/SS Terminators come in and charge something turn 2, with Helbrecht and the Bike Chaplain providing +1/+2 to charge distance respectively.
The Intercessors and the Thunderfire Cannon can sit on home objectives and help shoot screens turn 1.
I'm thinking of squeezing in a cheap Character like an Ancient or a Techmarine so I can take the Aurellian Shroud for the 4++ on the Crusader Squad turn 1. I'm under no illusions that this'd compete with the strongest lists out there, but I'm open for suggestions.
