So, I'm developing my own Exodite army with homebrew rules and lore. I have lots of different kitbashed units planned and hopefully a really distinctive feel to the faction, while still keeping a recogniseable Aeldari aesthetic. Is this the right place to post about rules and lore, too, or should I limit myself to only posting the models here?

I'd say post in 3 separate forums.
Specific painting and modelling questions in Painting and modelling.
Rules in YMDC.
Lore in 40k background.

You'll get way better feedback as some rules guys will never venture on to painting and modelling or lore or vica versa.
This has the bonus of possibly driving traffic from each forum to your other posts.

Also make a P+M blog or article to keep all of your findings in one sensible place.
I'd then suggest any finished work going into the showcase.

Oli: Can I be an orc?
Everyone: No.
Oli: But it fits through the doors, Look!

Good suggestions which I'll definitely follow, thanks. I'll probably post images of my first completed units this weekend.
