So, Wich one is the best suited paint can for undercoating an IF army to be painted yellow using contrast ?

These are the only ones relevant to yellow but there's one for every colour.

Personally I like the wraithbone with iyandan yellow

It depends how you want your yellow to look.

I find contrast on primaris marines can look a little splotchy. might just be doing it wrong though but their large size makes them a bit less contrast friendly then a lotta other armies.

I'd say wraithbone, it's light enough to provide the highlight, but has enough yellowy/creamy colour in it not to seem out of place.
