I only played vanilla killteam untill now. I'm planning to do a match (matched play) this weekend and had 2 questions. We're introducing elites and/or commanders.
1)In vanilla, you can have one leader and max 3 specialists. The extra specialist options you get in the elitebook (legendary hunter) and commanders, do they count towards these limits?
2)I see characters like boss snikrot and deathleaper, legendary hunter lvl 3 and 4. I know the max lvl in matched play without campain is lvl 1 for all specialists. Are you able to choose those models for a normal matched play game or is there a thing that prevents me from taking a model with a fixed specialist level higher than 1?

Yes, commanders are specialists and count. So do specialists in elites.

No, you can't take them.
