You can't have a priest in an Elysian Detachment. It's not on their list of allowed Astra Millitarium units that can gain the Elysian keyword. Same with psyker (unless your note means it's part of the 1st detachment)

Its been my understanding the things you mix into a list with elysians don't get the keyword "elysian" because they are not eligible, but they don't negate the elysians being elysian.
The rule snipet is "There are a number of Astra Militarum datasheets that can be used by the Elysian Drop Troops – presented in the box on the left. Those that do replace the <REGIMENT> keyword on their datasheet in all instances with ELYSIAN DROP TROOPS. If an Astra Militarum unit does not appear on the list to the left, it cannot be used by models with the ELYSIAN DROP TROOPS keyword, and so cannot have the ELYSIAN DROP TROOPS Faction keyword"
I believed (and still do) this to mean you can take a commisar, a psyker, or even a manticore in your elysian regiment -- but that those individual units don't gain "elysian" powers like "everything is air droppable at least once" or access to elysian orders or auras. Elysian fleet officers won't grant them rerolls, for example, as they would to flyers with the elysian keyword or to elysian paratroops.
Did I miss a rule? Elysians are like DKOK, their "regiment like" capabilities are created by altering the rules and keywords of the units, rather than actually requiring them to be in a cadian only detachment to gain the reroll, or catachan only to get the strength.
It seems like this leaves open some intersting possibilities to blend ministorium priests, ogryn, crusaders, psykers and astropaths (non of which gain regiment keyword) into an elysian list and of course the ability to sprinke tempestes scions into such a list without harming its elysian-ness (but would require the tempestes to not be in a tempestes only list, and could not be a drop detachment because fo that same reason.)
Its not really critical -- I can pretty easily rejigger it -- but I don't want to get this wrong and end up not having access to a whole panoply of units in my middle battalion unnecessarily.

You are incorrect, Elysians are like DKOK and essentially have their own codex as opposed to being just a regiment.
If It ain’t on the list, it can’t go in the detachment.
If you check BattleScribe you can see the unit availability for Elysian’s. You would need another astra detachment to have priests.

This right here. They are essentially different codex's. View it as DKOK and Elysian are to IG what Blood Angels/Dark Angels/etc... are to Space Marines. You can't just mix the units from one into another. They do share some units like how the Commissar is pretty much the same, and Elysians have the list of what they can take that crosses, but anything not on that list can not be taken in the same Detachment

I very much appreciate this being pointed out though! I am pretty much the only elysian player in my area and I only got to be so by converting a whole lot of cadians with jump packs, so even the competitive people in the area tend to miss the nuances of this army and I go crazy researching online when there is such a question.
You saved me much trouble should I ever play this in a tournament again (and its a list I have in the trunk of my car, so that's not unlikely).
Since I was planning (however) to rejigger the list with an inquisitor anyway (and had forgotten to include my two workhorse astropaths)
Spoiler:
tempest drop force detachment battalion
2 tempestor prime with plasma pistols (one is drop detachment field commander, other is warlord and has the trait old grudge and the relic laurels of command)
1 psyker madellan (knows wc8 +1 to hit spell and smite)
1 astropath (knows malstrom)
3 5 man scion squads (2 hsvg, 2hsvg, and (2 hsvg)
2 scion command squads (4 plasmaguns, and 4 plasmaguns)
2 valkyrie with (2 heavy bolter/2multirocketpod/1lascannon) and (2hb, 2mrp, 1 lascan) 746 point, 1 drop field commander, +3 net cp, tempestes drop detachment specialists)
elysian airborne light battalion
1 elysian company commander with auxiilllary lasgun/grenade launcher
1 inquisitor (base) (-1cp for warlord trait superior psyker and demon relic powersword)
3 10 man elyian regulars with (each) (1 grenade launcher and 1 plasma pistol and 1 powersword)
net +4 cp and net 285 points // 1031 so far
Yarricks Circus of cadian artillery
Yarrik (he mostly rode the valkyries)
cadian company commander (field comander for emperor's wrath artillery) (extra relic = relic of lost cadia) (-1cp)
2 tempestes scion 5 man each (2hsvg, 2 hsvg)
1 10 man imperial gaurd cadian regular squad (lasgun, lasgun, lasgun, lasgun, lasgun, lasgun, lasgun, lasgun, lasgun, and laspistol/chainsword)
1 griffin mortar carrier
1 wyvern arty
1 basilisk arty
3 ogryn bodygaurd
1 astropath (knows aegis +1 save)
1 ministerium priest with poweraxe
2 5 man squad crusaders
1 3 man squad crusaders
battalion +5, specialist detachment (emperorr's wrath -2 for detachment and warlord but not relic), -1 cp for extra relic = +2 cp 969 points // total points 2000
Much as before, there is a lot of stuff (like all the elysian droptroops and all the 5 man tempestes groups with volleyguns) that start offboard here, but unlike before, 1 smite per turn becomes 2 smites, and a malstrom, and the drop group's plasma is a tighter sunday punch. Its still "casual play" but its a pretty solid little list, for casual.

Elysians are a fun army. I have a full FW Elysian army (only 2 of the 3 Valkyries are not FW). I like to run them as my full army. Not necessarily as powerful as if I souped them up, but still a ton of fun to play
