I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the point value for Skaven warlords? It has a battle profile in Grand Alliance Chaos but I can't find a point value in the Skaven Battletome or General's Handbook where it should have an entry.

Page 117 in the Battletome - or the download/rules tab on the GW store page also shows the Warscroll.
You're looking for "Clawlord" rather than warlord.

Nope, it has it's own profile, and nothing in the Warcroll compendium saying to use Clawlord profiles instead of Warlords

That's the clawlord model the name has changed from warlord to clawlord.
It's likely not mentioned because its just a straight up name change.

But they did that with all the other models. Skaven Chieftain became Skaven Warlord, Rat Ogres became Rat Ogors, all of which was clearly spelled out in the compendium.

Most likely an omission then. It's pretty clear that there's only one Skaven Warlord within the range and that is the Clawlord. The Warlord is even listed under the Clan Verminous in the old 2018 points update.
When the new book landed Warlord became Clawlord.
Don't forget the Grand Alliance stuff is generally pretty old and outdated.
