Hi All,
Apologies if this is a silly question. I have not played much in a long while, but started painting some Slaanesh, and figured i'd put together a little army. Am i correct in thinking that there is no wholesome codex for Slaanesh? I have the Chaos Deamons codex but that does not include all the units.
Is it just a case of using the Chaos Daemons codex for the general rules and then augment with each rules pamphlet that come in the miniatures box?

Yep. Chaos daemons codex, and if anything newer isn't in there, just use the data sheet that comes with the model.
Edit: Oh, but heads up that Fane of Slaanesh and the human warrior guys riding seekers are only for Age of Sigmar, and don't have 40k rules.

CA2019 has all the datasheets for the chaos daemons not listed in the chaos daemons codex. Datasheets for older models can be found on the warhammer community legends page.

You'll also need Index: Forces of Chaos if you want to run Herself, but She's bad and you probably shouldn't anyway.

Also, note that the Keeper of Secrets has been updated compared to what is in the physical book and thus should use the datasheet in the box, rather than the book.

Some extra info:
Battlescribe is an application - there's a desktop version and a mobile version - that allows you to quickly put together rosters for various popular war-games. It's really easy, means less time with the calculator, and - best of all - is regularly updated with the most current points values and rules.
I'd still recommend definitely having the codex and datasheets too, though.
