How many units should have doom and how many should have Jinx. I unserstand that each one can only be cast once per turn . But if the model that has either dies then there's nothing you can do. Is 2 of each enough or is it overkill?

Are you asking about the models that cast either power?
If so, I only even have 1 Farseer, so only 1 Doom. Jinx, however is my go-to for both of my Hemlocks and I have a Warlock with Protect, but this is more a consequence of how my list is built and what powers I consider ideal for those units rather than needing multiples of any power

Basically how many attempts at each power. I'm new to Craftworlds and I'm trying to fit a hemlock or 2 and knight into a 1600point list.... not because they are competitive or productive but because they are cool looking and I like the looks of them both lol. So from my understanding one with doom and 2 with Jinx.

depends on the rest of the army, with MSU style armies you could get away with no Doom and lean on Expert Crafters (? the custom re-roll trait), but with weight of dice medium-big blobs of units (especially if you are fishing for 6's) you'll still want at least one, two is handy but Farseers with dupkicate powers is a tad points heavy for limited use, as for Jinx, same broadly applys but as Warlocks are way cheaper and Hemlocks can have it, having a back-up is most likely worth it

It just kind of depends on your army and what you're doing with it. If I'm fielding two farseers, sometimes one of them is the designated mortal wound dealer. That means he's generally casting Executioner and Smite. So I may as well give him Doom even if my other farseer already has it because taking Doom doesn't detract form his main job. It's just a backup emergency Doom.

If I need one farseer to sit in the backfield with some reapers, however, he probably won't be in range to doom much and will probably take guide and fortune instead.

Jinx is a little different because of how Runes of Battle work. If I'm fielding two warlocks, I don't necessarily feel bad about giving both of them jinx. The second guy can use a Runes of Fortune power to buff something after the first guy Jinxes something. And if they're operating in different areas, maybe the Jinx is more important near the second guy than the first.

Hemlocks don't mind doubling up on Jinx because the second hemlock can always just smite something.

ATTENTION
. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

Okay that makes sense because with runes your actually getting two powers in one so one warlock xan cast jinx and the other protect. Is there anyway to cast Jinx twice in one turn like with a stratagem?
