Hi guys,
With Christmas coming, I wanted to gift myself HH book two: massacre. Fortunately, the Istvaan trilogy is still full hardbook, and some others following are softbooks. I'm not surprised about it, it has been some time already.
Then why is Malevolence sold out and not softbook (and why this one ? Did you guy all bought it  )

I don't know why, but I'm extremely disappointed by it selling out so quickly as - like yourself - I was planning on gifting myself it this Christmas.
I'll be pretty sad if it returns as Softback in 2020 - that's way too quickly a turnaround from Hardback to Softback.

They just need to book back ASAP.
As someone who started a BA force with the same idea of getting the book for Xmas, it’s a killer.
Kind of just put everything on hold for now as I don’t plan on buying stuff without have the rules for it first.
Nothing worse than building a unit and then seeing there were options you didn’t see at first.

So the first print run finally sold out. Forge World will reprint it. Either a second printing or soft back. Didn't Forge World announce reprinting all the books in softback?

Is there any chance they'll reprint the rules in different books? I'm very interested in the ruinstorm demon rules but I'm not happy to spend the money on malevolence as I'm not interested in most of the other parts.

As daemons are another faction it’s likely they will get their own book as auxilia, taghmata etc have.
It’s usually only marine chapters they build up then roll into a book after a while, so you’ll likely get a daemon book soon ish as nearly every model for them is done.
