I am just now getting back in the hobby. I painted and played a bit (with essentially that 1 friend who played too) when I was in High School back in the late 90's. Back then I was, essentially, a self taught painter (YouTube didn't exist!) and the only "advanced technique" I employed was dry brushing. Even still. I'm happy with my work back then (although I hope to improve as I get back into it).

This army is a Warhammer 40k Space Marine chapter I developed called the Angels Tigris; a tiger themed army that follows the Blood Angels rules.

I recently got these old minis out and photographed every last one of them. It's good to finally have them cataloged.

You can see the entire gallery (optionally in 4288 x 2848 resolution) on my photo site at the link below

Here's the entire army in all its orange glory

I absolutely love this.

I am in the process of stripping and rebuilding a BUNCH of old metal Blood Angels myself, so it is great to see a collection that is painted well.

wow complete blast from the past! this is how i remember 40k back when i was a teenager!

think i owned most of those models at one time or another, i still use the metal scout models they still hold up and imo are better than the 'new' ones.

you should totally do a primaris version of this chapter in 2020
