I decided to pull the chain on getting a fire raptor and a few Deredeos. Are there only certain weapons I can get with the Deredeo? If you look forgeworld only offers the rules for chaos if you are looking at the Aiolos Missle Launcher and the Hellfire plasma cannonade and that is it. It doesn't offer rules for the Deredeo its self or other weapons. I'm already ordering the Codex it suggests but want to make sure before I go ordering 3 Deredeos and 3 different sets of weapons

Currently you will need the Forgeworld Index which features the rules for the Deredeo in the loyalist forces. Most Horus Heresy units from Forgeworld have a few weapon options which did not translate to 40K. The new ugly anti-aircraft missile variant obviously won't have rules until FAQ'ed or somehow provided.

The overall best IMO is the butcher cannon array. Which can be modeled with the autocannon array. Being chaos, always get the top missiles. 3d3 indirect fire missiles is pretty legitimate.
