We take the Suppurating Plate on the Prince, and most likely make him Warlord with Arch Contaminator.

Miasma as his power, then Fleshy Abundances and shriveling pox on the Heralds.

Chaos Lord might get a relic (Iron Warriors happen to have a relic for both weapons), if I feel it a good waste of CP.

I would think the list needs a little work, you have to pay a pretty big tax on two individual oblits to make the spearhead. Move the deredeo to that detachment and drop one of them at least. That may make some room for more troops if you dropped the bloat drone.

Some pox walkers/plague marines/plaguebearers would really take this list to another level.

Also ALWAYS give the big Oblit unit mark of Slannesh for endless cacophony, they basically take that into account in the price as it’s by far the best way to run them.

Hmm. IW Deredeo might be a good option, since I usually leave it out of aura range, in case it explodes and hurts my Psykers. The IW strats can help, although its dumb the Deredeo cannot be healed by any means besides eating people...

Right now I think I'm just excited to run Obliterators, but I do have Predators and Havocs. The Oblits are painted Nurgle, I actually sold off my Slaanesh Oblits months ago, so I stubbornly reject the Dark Prince. I have a Feculent Gnarlmaw that I might finally finish painting soon, so I can rework the Oblit Bomb.

Blighthaulers and oblits would love the gnarlmaw, especially since it's so easy to tag the blighthaulers. You can also use the IW strat to drop AP by one so you're getting a 2+ save vs a lascannon!

You'd have to make a generic nurgle detachment with death guard stuff or drop you daemons.
