Seems good, but what is the Chaos Lord doing? Babysitting the MBHs?
Tallyman is also a sink, but with that many Pox Walkers, the rerolls might do something.
I would maybe consider Spawn in a list like this. They're appropriately costed, and with a Tallyman rerolls Spawn can do some damage in CC much easier than Poxwalkers.

I use the lord for the PBC and if he can the MBHs. I forgot to add the Fulgrim’s Helm to him. Those rerolls help a great deal.
If I added spawns what should I drop? MBHs are only worth taking in units of 3. I have been considering dropping them but I like the ranged anti-tank. I really like the new points costs for a unit of Death Shroud Terminators. For a 126 pts they hit like a freight train (13 attacks, STR 8, -3 AP, D3 damage, plague weapons). I’m not sure how to work them in, but I really want to add them. Automatically Appended Next Post: I played a game tonight with this list against the new blood angels it did very well. It amazes me how deadly Poxwalkers can be and how much firepower they can absorb. This list is very survivable and can do a surprising amount of damage. I was superseded how much of a difference the tallyman made in combat allowing all the rerolls to hit. I am thinking king or putting fulgrims helm on him to extend the aura.

Take CSM jump pack sorcerer and diabolic strength + warptime. Slap it on a Fleshmower turn 1 he gets a 20" move, and hits with 11 attacks at S10.
Would only be better if it didn't hit on a 4+ buut what can you do?
Another fun thing I like to do is Fabious Bile + poxwalkers. Actually Fabious Bile + anything as I just apparently like to torture my own chaos troops, and have since 4th edition.
However with typhus, and some luck you wind up with a S5 unit of poxwalkers for good times. They also get a save against his concoctions.

I haven't used Death Guard yet, just painting my contingent from Dark Imperium, so total newb question:
- are plague marines just not worth anything?
(I love the way they look. It seems like there are quite a few things in Dark Imperium DG that look great but don't get much love on the TT from what people write on various fora).

I don't see where the jump pack sorcerer is an option, but an advancing sorcerer should be able to keep up with a bloat drone on turn 1. So replace chaos lord with sorceror, let the DP babysit the vehicles until he needs to flying into the fray. I think all you need to do is toss 2 poxwalkers to pay the differents in points costs.
