While there may not be a kit for Chosen Chaos Space Marines, I've got plenty of Chaos Marines that I was hoping to use in place of them, but seeings as Chosen have a TON of options, I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction with regards to wargear? 5 or 10 man squads? Shooty, close combat, or both?

Plasma All Day, Every Day, IMHO.

At the moment, my Chosen are simply the Dark Vengeance Chaos Marines, so it's their loadout.

Building for full melee is silly when you have Khorne Berzerkers, so unless you are playing a mono-Tzeentch/Nurgle/Slaanesh sub-faction there is little reason to go that route.

Go for 5x5 combi-bolters for a Rhino-less dakka squad on the cheap, I think that'll be relatively solid, not really competitive due to being an elites choice, but solid firepower and decent melee with a chainaxe for the champ.

3-5 combi-plasma/combi-melta, combi-bolters on the 0-2 other models in the squad and at least a chainaxe for the champion for a more expensive squad that needs a Strat or a Rhino to get up close and use their more expensive weapons, couple with 5 CSM or another 5-man Chosen squad in a Rhino that'll IMO be the best option with 2x5 plasma inside a Rhino being the optimal way of doing things and borderline competitive for a CSM list. You could upgrade the champ's melee weapon further if you decide to get up extra close and personal with melta and a powerfist but depending on your list the Chosen might get shot before they get to do too much anyways, a good rule of thumb is "if your opponent doesn't shoot something it doesn't have enough firepower" and "if your opponent is focussing everything on a squad it needs better more meat shields". Try to make your list equally durable or hard hitting so your opponent cannot ignore your durable units while taking out your damage dealers.

10-man Squads are a bad idea IMO, the only reason I can see for doing it would be Stratagems, you could do a full Khorne melee squad or try to use Endless Cacophony on a big Slaanesh squad, but if they're just armed with chainswords or boltguns it's no big deal anyway. Don't let morale be a problem if it doesn't need to be.

I've had immense success going 6 man squads with 5 Combi-Bolters and a Chaincannon. Load them in a Dreadclaw or Termite and enjoy the fun

5 combi-plasma plus one chain cannon and as many bolters as points allow up to a squad of ten in a dreadclaw. I play night lords so the prey on the weak strategem means I can safely overcharge the plasma against anything leadership 8 or lower. Great for vaporizing primaris. And never forget the chainswords.
