I've just finished painting the Warcry starter box. With the Warcry terrain sprues I noticed a slight sheen and slippery feel to them and did indeed have issues with primer adherence.
So subjected the already built bits to the dishwashing detergent and stiff brush regimen for resin and after that everything worked as it should.
I use Vallejo Airbrush Primer and never had an issue with plastic models (or cleaned resin models) before.

Did anyone here encounter simliar issues with GW plastic sprues?

not yet. have with FW stuff but never GW plastics.
in the past, i got some lead minis from the US when on holiday & they was covered in slime.

Gathering the Informations.

The terrain sprues, traditionally, have had these issues. They're bigger molds.

Some larger kits(Mumak, Stormsurge, etc) have had similar mold release agents.
