Hi everyone, just a quickie.

If my Repulsor Executioner gets destroyed in my opponents first turn, before I’ve had a turn. How many shots do I get with my Heavy Laser Destroyer.

Is it counted as one shot or two shots for Heavy 2

Or four shots for Aquilon Optics.

Thanks.

You only get 2 because Aquilon Optics doesn't interact with Vengeance of the Machine Spirit. Aquilon Optics only applies to "the following shooting phase" specifically, not to any random shooting phase you may be acting as if.

If the repulsor was killed in close combat, will it still be able to shoot with the stratagem and if so can it shoot at the enemy unit who killed it in combat?

You can only shoot pistols in close combat (if you ignore RAW), unless a special rule says otherwise. Vengeance of the machine spirit doesnt remove that restriction, instead it allows you to make one attack with one of its melee weapons as if it were the fight phase.
