I am playing a firendly escalation league with both beginner and veterans co-workers, adding points every 2 weeks.
The first matches at 500 points are going to start this week, but I have to plan the 750 list to get the models ready and painted.
I am not exacly sure about the rules to escalate the list (we are going to have a meeting with all the rules on monday), but I though about 2 ideas, depending of how flexible the rules are on keeping all units or most units from list to list.

Idea 1

Captain on Bike, combi-melta, power fist, "The Imperium's Sword" (Trait)

Same idea as before, just needing to get ready 4 models, (3 aggressors and one lieutenant).
1 more scout in each squad, boosted dradnoguth, and aggressors cheese with sargent shooting 12 shots (because tactical doctrine) ultramarines, reroll 1 to hit and wound (because
HQ areas), damage 2,
AP-1 (because tactical doctrine), + granade launcher
2D6... + the other 2 aggressors but with damage 1.

The differences are: Take out the dreadnought, no extra scouts, but added another squad of bikes and a squad of eliminators.
The idea behind that is to negate the full potential any Anti-tank, high damage or strength weapons of the opponents, getting some more melta, bolters and mobility with the bikes (swords are there to fill remaining 8 points), and using the eliminators mostly to take out characters, but also for their flexibility. I have sniper scouts, but the comparison is almost shameful.
This list requires quite more work since I would need to paint another squad of bikes, the aggressors, the lieutenant, and get the eliminators that I do not currently own.
I would like to know what you think of this those 2 scketches, and if you got any tips or alternatives.
