The Ynnari strat united in death lets you choose 1 united of reborn drukhari, craftworlds and harlequins and add 1 to each units attacks for a turn while benefiting from soulburst. Was just wondering if someone could confirm if you NEED one of each to still be alive on the field or if you just get less benefit if you only have 1 or 2 factions left. It doesnt read like killshot or other strats that need all 3 to be alive, but just wanted to check.

I would say you need to have at least one of each. The stratagem instructs you to pick "one", not "up to one" unit of each type. If you can't pick one of the factions you can't legally use the stratagem.
