Out of curiosity since PA: Faith and Fury was released, how well do the Sisters of Battle and Black Templars get long? Are there any examples of them banding together and working in tandem?

Off the top of my head I recall them being pretty chummy actually. The BTs are one of a few chapters that worship the Emperor as a god and believe in the Imperial cult. The BTs also get along with the Inquisition, much like the SoBs

Depends on the story, depends on the author etc.

For instance Helsreach has them bascially cordial but also BT consider baseline humans as weak until they prove themselves and the Sisters are both respectful or and wary of Marines - they are both devout but that does not mean that they are friends but at least they have common ground to build on.

The old BT codex has several campaigns were they fought together and at least one BT honour banner has the Sisters logo on it....although the Sisters originaly fought them (and other Chapters) to a standstill defending the Imperial Palace for Vandire.....

Brides of the Emperor are the Sisters of Battle - Vandire named them that but they reverted to their original name - Daughters of the Emperor when they killed him.
