Hey guys - I was searching through the FAQs, but didn't see anything. Maybe I missed it, but quick question:

If I have an Asuryani Warlord, can I use Engimas of the Black Library to give a Solitaire a Harlequins relic? The prerequisite to giving units a relic is that your army is led by the faction's Warlord, but the Enigmas strategem says that you may take 1 extra relic for 1 CP. Legal?

Yes. Only the free relic must be of the Warlords faction

Only if you have a Harlequins detachment to unlock Engimas of the Black Library. The free relic must be from your warlords list of relics but if you unlock stratagems from another army that allow you to take extra relics from that army, you can spend CP on it without any issues.

Re-read that bit because that is not what it says. It gives you a free relic of the faction of your warlord, it doesn't limit relics.

So, so long as you have access to the appropriate stratagem through a faction's detachment you can bring their relics.
