1: Warlord traits and Relics. Are the generic ones from the imperial guard book available for a warlord from the Death Korps of Krieg?

2: Is the Mori thing (10 pts so that all damage based on a dice roll, the dice is always a 1) a relic or simply wargear?

1. Yes you can take the traits from the base rule book, and traits and relics from the Astra Militarum book (just not the regiment specific ones).

2. I'm not really sure what this is referring to (and a cursory glance of their rules turns nothing up). If it costs points it wont be a relic, though some relics replace wargear which you had to pay points for to have in the first place. Can you be more specific one what it's called and where you've found it?

Its wargear not a relic so you could have a marshal with that a relic if you so desired.

1. DKoK have access to the 3 universal warlord traits and all of the generic Astra Militarum ones, including the relics. Only <REGIMENT> specific warlord traits/relics they cannot take, such as CADIA, TALLARN etc.

2. Moment Mori is wargear - so can be taken along with a relic if so wished.
