As we all know, superdoctrines don't require your army to be from First Founding chapter, given your superdoctrines + successor chapter tactics combo.
Can i use successor chapter tactics from codex:space marines to create a successor chapter of Dark Angels, potentially given them longrange marksmen + relentless hunt?

You can’t use Dark Angels rules with Codex Space Marines. Rule on page 174 of C:SM.

The section on Dark Angels successors in Ritual of the Damned explains exactly what successors get. They do NOT get custom chapter tactics, they must use the Dark Angels chapter tactic.
As such, there is virtually no reason to not just run as Dark Angels, just painted differently. I do this, and use named characters just pretending they are important people from my successor chapter.
You cannot use the rules in the SM codex for Dangles, Bangles, Puppers, Totally-not-Ordo-Xenos-Lapdog or Sisters-of-Battle-Blood-Drenched marines, as per the the SM codex. They have their own rules.
