Like the title says, I have been looking around for a Giant mini that uses a bow instead of the classic club or axe. I've been looking at the Mythic Battles Apollo, but the sculpt is a bit on the smaller side for the giant minis I already have.
With that being said, the whole point of the encounter I am trying to make for my players is that they are fighting what is essentially a moving and thinking ballista along side the classic "smash-n-throw" giants. So any suggestions for and archer giant mini, or any long range giant (a spear thrower could be cool) would be great, thanks.

What size are you looking for? Off the top of my head both Kurnoth Hunters from the current GW range and Ushabti Great Bows from the OOP Tomb Kings are large-scale archers; you could use the arms or weapons from those in another base model. They may still be a bit small for what you're after?

What about beastmen cygor? They’re throwing giant boulders. Maybe you can also look into GoT minis, they had that giant with a bow in that wall siege, so maybe they have a mini for that guy.

what about a Rackham devourer huntsman?
for an idea of scale, that's a 40 or even 50mm base he's standing on.
