The main Idea for this is to split the tac squad in half (sgt, plasma & 3 marines in a squad with the HW & 4 marines in the other) and slowly advance down the field while taking objectives.

I will use the ravenwing force to basically catch enemies in the open, tie up big boys in melee, and act as a huge distraction.

I don't want to break your bubble (and it will depend heavily on your playing area/opponents), but tac marines will get swept away without any problem at all. They won't be walking down the field taking any objectives.

It seems as if you have a cool starting set of marines, but you really don't have any real hitting power. It's a fun "old school" army, but you will need your opponent's cooperation to make it a fun game. with what you have, I would pool your missile launchers into 2 squads of devatsator marines with 3 missile launchers each. Buy some combi-plasmas to add to your sergeants to go with plasma guns and maybe grab a pair of Razorbacks and add twin assault cannons.

Primaris are the future as old marines get relegated to fun/casual games.

The darkshroud should probably have a Heavy Bolter, not an assault cannon. You will want to keep it advancing (and therefore not firing) to give it jink. You could use the new strat I guess to keep it alive.
