Basically I've been reading through the PR books Yinnari rules and I'm not sure if what im trying to do works as battle scribes seems to have issues with it and ima tad confused.
I've never souped before, but I have an idea for this awesome ass conversion I would like to do.
Scenario:

If I have most of my army as <craftworlds> detachments (say 2x battalion), I've picked my warlord to be one of these craftworld x characters and ive given a relic to another craftworld X character.

I want to keep these two as <craftworlds> but I would like to add a 3rd detachment of Ynnari including Yvraine.
According to the Ynnari book, once ive picked a warlord for my ARMY, I can pay 1 Cp to take an additional warlord trait and designate a warlord for the purposes of that trait. It doesn't specify my original warlord has to be Ynaari, also, I can add another relic for additional 1 CP.

Battle scribe seems to think I cant do this. But RAW I don't see any reason why I couldn't.
Is this perhaps Yrvaine comes with a warlord trait? Can I have a detachments that's Ynnari but does not contain any of the named characters from Ynnari ?

Also, I cant find an FAQ specific to this, but can Starts from CWE book be used on ynnari units if they are specific to unit E.g. Overload Projector shields as this refers to wave serpent and not <craftworld> wave serpent??

You can't make a Detachment Ynnari if it doesn't contain one of the Ynnari HQs. p66, para 3 of Phoenix Rising.

It does look like this is an oversight in the Battlescribe data. There seems to be no reason why you can't use Exalted of Ynnead even if you don't have an YNNARI Warlord.

There is an open issue to look at reworking the whole Ynnari <-> Other Aeldari interaction, https://github.com/BSData/wh40k/issues/5732. It's been around for a while though, probably because reworking it will involve breaking existing lists.

Gotcha thought as much. Its clear from the same pages strats or psychic powers cannot be used which answers one of my questions. Missed it.
