In my current project, I want to make several Chaos Cultists squads. I recently fell in love with the plastic Orlock gang kit.

I'm looking for "chaotic bits" (such as spikes, chains, skulls on spikes, chaos stars etc) but I'm at a loss because I can't find such bits at all. I tried looking at some AoS and 40K stuff (Bloodreavers and various AoS units, Necromunda Corpse Grinder Cult etc) but I can't seem to find such bits.

Do you have any idea where I could find such bits ? Not necessarily GW bits.

The Chaos Marauder Horsemen kit includes a whole bunch of chains with skulls, hooks and Chaos symbols hanging from them that are really useful for this sort of thing:

You can use a xacto and carve it some chaos symbols, either full or partially shown; or use some decals on the clothing/equipment, paint on some tattoos.

Madrobot miniatures make some great chaos cultist head bits, welder helms and spiky heads.

The Unmade warband from Warcry has a bunch of that sort of thing on their sprues. No idea how hard it'd be to get a hold of them separately, but at worst you could pick up a box or two and mix the rest of the parts in to make your more "hardcore" cultists.
