Okay, they're meant to be transports in 8e not the fire power, tough gods they used to be in 5e. Still, would you have access to flying chaos drop pods?

Well, then, I'd swap to the Dreadclaws, and up the number of KBs, tossing the fluff number out.

Even RTTs are nasty with IH goofery, unless the RTTs near you are among the set that are banning marine supplements.

They don't ban SM. But a large amount of people are no longer playing them because they killed the amount of people showing up.

Whelp, I'm gonna run this list at an RTT today. We'll see if the SM nerfs help me.

So, we had 5 Tau players show up. Lost to Tau R1, Lost to IH R2, Lost to RG R3. Tau was crisis suit fusion bomb, IH was 50 intercessors and Levi, RG was 6 Grav cents, Levi, deredeo, Invictus, intercessors. All good games and pretty close. SM definitely still outclass CSM. The big news is that the Land Raiders actually did decent. They lasted 5 turns against Tau, 6 against IH, and 5 against RG.
