Hi guys, would anyone please be able to either tell me or show me the size difference between a standard Ork boy, an Ork nob, and an Ork Runtherd?

Any help would be much appreciated

Can't see any measurements in the most recent codex, but in the 3rd edition codex there is a section 'sample group 179: Orks from Ryza warzone' which gives Orks nobs at 2.5m and boys at 2m tall.

Here you go. Runtherd is about the size of a boy, The nobs are slightly taller but have considerably more bulk.
