I decided at the last minute to forgo Cold Wars. I wasn't worried about being ill, but of possibly becoming a vector for the Coronovirus. There is only so many precautions you can take, but no exposure is the only one that is 100%.
Bob Liebl, tried to convince me to run Albanians for the L'Art de la Guerre team tournament, with the potential break point of 60. I was intrigued enough to run a solitaire game in my basement.
For all of you that missed Cold Wars.

Enjoy!

Fun game! I always wanted to run Libians, 4 Chariots or so, then all of the javlins!

All the Javelinmen get to evade, but are still LMI when they have to fight. Heavy foot and knights are +2 against them. Heavy chariots are nice, almost like knights.

I think that in order for a light cav army to be used to the fullest, you would need a much bigger table than is normally used.
