Hi MODs/Lego,

On my previous phone (Samsung Galaxy S8 on Android), the keep logged in button was non-functional and I had to log in every time. I assumed it was a chache issue or something and so lived with it as to keep my other sites in order.

However I have recently upgraded to Galaxy S20, running latest Android update with no cache to worry about and the issue continues.

Obviously a minor issue entirely but if there is something I can do to fix this, I'd be very grateful to not have to use my face recognition every 5 minutes

I've had the same problem ever since I got my Motorola One Vision 2 months ago. I have to log in every single time. I have cookies enabled and have gone through every setting on my phone, nothing has worked.

Was having this problem for a while then it seemed to clear up, but not it’s back with a vengeance. I’ve checked to make sure that Safari on my iPhone and IPad are both allowing cookies, but that hasn’t made a difference... It’s downright frustrating to try to browse, post, whatever on Dakka these days. I get logged out even going from the forums to a thread...

Anything the Dakka technical crew can do would be hugely appreciated.

And just as an edit to my original post, and I have no idea if any of the Dakka technical crew did anything, but ever since I left this post I have remained logged in with no problems. So that’s awesome! And, if anyone from the support team did something to fix my account behind the scenes, thanks!

This keeps happening to me. It’ll crop up for a few days every couple of months or so and then seems to sort itself out for a while before coming back.
