Just got back into 40k am mostly going to be playing friendly games but I don’t want to get tabled first turn so let me know what I did right and what I did wrong.

If you get tabled turn 1 or 2 you're deploying badly, try to take pictures or memorize deployment and consider after the game how you could have done better. Plasma pistols are worthless. You forgot to give a sniper to your Scout Sergeant. 19W worth of vehicles in 2500 pts is little enough that anyone can take it out T1 if you deploy them in LOS of enemy anti-tank weapons, unless you play on heavily terrain-ified tables and you can hide them I recommend you spend your pts elsewhere. An Ancient might be good, add in a Thunderfire Cannon to fill out the Heavy Support slot if you decide to remove the Predator.
