Well, looks partially quite good.
But Drahzar, Wyches, Incubi make the army less competitive.

I don't really agree in respect of Drazhar. While he is 40 points more than an Archon, he potentially contributes more than a second Archon would; basically capable of something, rather than nothing.

In turns of pure efficiency, a third Ravager would be better than the Voidraven, but I think the list looks a fun, balanced semi-competitive one.

I'd always try and find the points to give the HQs Blast Pistols.

I pretty much have the Draz and the incubi because they look dope.

But yea I was going for semi-competitive.

Maybe I'll swap out the void raven.

Probably won't be able to try this list for a while

Cant comment on the Harlie detatchment.

Your Kabal detatchment looks perfect. I would not change it. You have kept the toys to a minimum (no dual SC on the venoms, stupid upgrades, etc). Drahzar is currently in style (although I have yet to run him personally).

Wych detachment also looks OK. I think that is the weakest part of your list. More bodies would probably help here.

You might want to look into using the harlequin attribute that has the no overwatch stratagem. Looks pretty solid, let us know how you do when you get a chance to play

Well, if you want Harlies, then take an outrider detachment with Skyweavers led by a Shadowseer.
More bang for the bucks.
