Dont have the dedication to finish any games that has a story in it, i need grindy games preferably with account grinding and tier level systems.

The games i have played over the past 3 years are: all WG ww2 games, warthunder, armored warfare, diablo3, OW, lol, dreadnought, heliborne, payday1+2, spacehulk deathwing, vermintide2, BF1, dauntless and for honor.

All these are grind games so you see what style i prefer to play.
If for pc, the game must support win8.1, and i allso have a ps4. (no battle royale suggestions, i hate the category)

Warframe might be a good one for you. You basically are a space ninja. Lots of grinding for materials to make more weapons and gear and generally increase your power level. It's free to play too (lots of microtransaction stuff available if you're interested in that kind of thing also).

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.

Didn't see Team Fortress 2 anywhere. Grinding-wise, you get weapon drops every once in a while. You can smelt some of the items to get new weapons and hats.

Though TF2 is for PC, it's still a free game. Not sure whether it works with Windows 8.1, but the only cost is the bandwidth for the download.

GW:"Space marines got too many options to balance, therefore we decided to legends HH units."
Players: "why?!? Now we finally got decent plastic kits and you cut them?"
Chaos marines players: "Since when are Daemonengines 30k models and why do i have NO droppods now?"
GW" MONEY.... erm i meant TOO MANY OPTIONS (to resell your army to you again by disalowing former units)! Do you want specific tyranid fighiting Primaris? Even a new sabotage lieutnant!"
Chaos players: Guess i stop playing or go to HH.

Dauntless, or Monster Hunter World. Both are monster hunting games. Dauntless is more action-oriented, while Monster Hunter World is more about planning. strategizing, and doing lots of customization of your gear (though there's still action involved).

Monster Hunter World has a story, but it's largely an excuse to go out and hunt bigger and meaner monsters. The story is largely there to tie everything together, and make sure that you don't go charging off after something that's well beyond your gear and capabilities.
