Can I have a nob, which simultaneously has a choppa and a big choppa, by doing so having 3 attacks from big choppa & 1 attack from his normal one?
Can I also have a slugga for this guy?

If you take a Nob with Big Choppa and Choppa, you can indeed choose to make his normal allotment of attacks with the Big Choppa and get a bonus attack with the Choppa.

You can't have a Big Choppa, Choppa, AND Slugga.
