Is there some way I can legally give a Thousand Sons Daemon Prince, which is a Tzeentch Model the Q’O’AK, THE BOUNDLESS daemon weapon from Faith and Fury?

I'm kinda thinking no, but if I can somehow, that would be awesome.

From the top of page 58 of Faith and Fury:

The rules in this section supplement those found in Codex: Chaos Space Marines...

So no, they're not a supplement for Codex Thousand Sons.

No, there is not. The Daemon Weapons on page 59 of Psychic Awakening - Faith and Fury can only be given to a "Chaos Space Marine CHARACTER model" (as defined by page 162 of Codex: Heretic Astartes Chaos Space Marines 2019) as Ghaz rightly says.
