Hello,

I first started playing 40k in the early days of 2nd ed., and I've dipped in and out over the years. I started painting a few figures last week, for the first time in about 5 years. I don't think I've played a game since 6th ed.
I like the lore, I enjoy modelling and painting, and who knows? I may even play again, one day.

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

Happy days! Welcome back, I'm sure there are lots of us in the same boat returning from a lengthy hiatus and absolutely dumbfounded by all the changes!!

Hope you get back into the swing of things quickly, and that you enjoy your time while doing it.

Space Marines. Angels of Fire, to be exact. They are a cannon chapter, but as far as I'm aware, the only information on them is from the old 3rd ed. Codex Armageddon. There's a single photo of a painted Tactical marine and a reference to the chapter sending seven companies to Armageddon.
