Absolutely! We're still processing and shipping orders, although shipping times are all over the place at the moment thanks to so much transport being out of commission around the world at the moment.

Okay. It's been so long since I placed an order, but the email receipt includes tracking info, right?
And thank you for the info! Hope you and all the other awesome people working on MEdge are doing well!

We don't currently have tracking on shipments - we went with keeping shipping costs as low as we possibly could instead. There are very, very few problems with parcels going astray, though.
And thanks for the well-wishes. Everyone's well so far (knock on wood) and working away on the next wave of releases, for after this all blows over.

Follow-up question, related to getting MEdge models:
What's good plastic glue to get online? I've got some super glue for the resin models, but I'm short on plastic glue at the moment.

I'm currently using a Testors 'Non Toxic' stuff in a blue tube, but it's awful. I'm only using it because I have a bag full of it, bought for a convention tutorial session some years back.
I used this stuff for years - https://www.megahobby.com/products/humbrol-poly-cement-12ml-tube-humbrol.html
Other popular options: the fine control applicator - https://www.megahobby.com/products/humbrol-poly-cement-12ml-tube-humbrol.html - Revel do one like this, and I think Humbrol do as well. Can be good for getting small amounts of glue exactly where you want them, but prone to clogging.
Also the Tamiya thin, brush-on option - https://www.megahobby.com/products/tamiya-extra-thin-quick-setting-type-cement.html - also popular for giving you a lot of control of how much glue you use and exactly where it goes.

Good to know things are still up and running!
As for plastics, I just started using Revell's plastic cement and it's fantastic, fast bond and strong.

The Tamiya extra thin is excellent, as well.
