This is based upon another poster's list utilizing 9 Vypers. I am used to running small model count vehicle heavy Craftworld armies, so this is a bit of a departure (dropped fliers for Vypers and Hornets primarily). However, I think I have retained shooting efficiency. One thought I had was to swap the 9 support weapons for 3 Wraithlords each with 2 Starcannons.
I don't think the list can handle 150 model count armies, but that was not an issue prior to our current state. If things shift towards that, the list would likely morph.
For simplicity:
1 Autarch Skyrunner
1 Farseer Skyrunner
3 Falcons
3 Nightspinners
3 Hornets
9 Vypers
9 Support Weapons
SPEARHEAD
1 x 1 Autarch Skyrunner, Twin Catapult, Laser Lance (105)
1 x 3 Hornet, HPL (300)
1 x 3 Vyper, Twin Catapult, Starcannon (150)
3 X 1 Nightspinner, Twin Catapult, Doomweaver (112,112,112)
3 x 1 Falcon, Twin Catapult, Starcannon, Pulse Laser (115,115,115)
SPEARHEAD
1 x 1 Farseer Skyrunner, Twin Catapult, Singing Spear (137)
2 x 3 Vyper, Twin Catapult, Starcannon (150,150)
3 x 3 Support Weapon Battery, 2xVibro Cannon, 1xShadow Weaver (107,107,107)
POINT VALUE:1997
COMMAND POINTS:5
CRAFTWORLD: Expert Crafters, Masterful Shots
RELIC: Phoenix Gem
WARLORD TRAIT: Seer of Shifting Vector

Well, its a typical mech Eldar army played (or toyed with) these days.
As said, it can hardly handle horde armies.
I think its also difficult to deal with tough, fast moving units such as Wolf Lord and Thunderwolf Cavalry.

Nice list overall, I'd probably drop the shadow weavers for more vibro's or another autarch since you've already got three night spinners so you're pretty well covered for OOLOS.
It's definitely not great at killing hordes at range but the catapults will put in work when they get close.
Should do well against marines and they're pretty prominent so that's definitely a plus

I've lost my mortal wound generation which was my go to against tough units, which is definitely a concern. I had a lot of success with a Farseer, Yvraine, and Shadowseer to mitigate those type of units.
It's tough for me to know right now if hoarde armies will return and I also have not played the new ITC missions yet.
I am not quite convinced with the support weapons. Not sure if losing mortal wound capability is worth it.
The list below drops the support weapons and builds in a small Harlequin detachment I currently utilize and includes the mortal wound generation.
SPEARHEAD
1 Yvraine (110)
1 Nightspinner, Twin Catapult, Doomweaver (112)
1 Nightspinner, Twin Catapult, Doomweaver (112)
