My intention was to keep a kellermorph set aside for a summon and drop the x20 acolytes with lying in wait for the flamer attack.
The general battle plan was to drop the sanctus turn 0, battalion 2, the kellermorph and the broodlords on 1, then start the rest up from underground once the mortars and lasers have softened some targets.
Keep the HQ of one together so on a 2+ a wound on a character will transfer to an acolyte, giving it an attack of opportunity w the flamer.
Carnifexs would be in the tunnel, and I would like to have 3 pop up behind enemy lines able to fall back and then reengage another enemy each turn.
Not sure if I should get icons or if that would be redundent with the pauper prince creed.

Am I close at all?

I'd definitely drop the claws and mace on carnifex and go with devourers instead.
