I won an eBay auction for a pile of Dark Elf bits and amongst the sprues was the following model. Does anybody have any idea what it is? Is it a conversion? It comes with a Sea Dragon cloak and looks very Games-Workshopy, but the Cold One head doesn't match anything I can find in catalogues.

Oh wow yes that's exactly it - the right arm is converted and holding a chain harness. Thanks for the assistance, the head fits so well I hadn't considered it was a conversion of one of the older Cold Ones.

It's amazing to me that despite all that work you guys identified it so quickly: 3 minutes.

Likewise! I made the post, checked my email, refreshed the page and I already had the correct answer. Best forum ever!
