I've been out of the game for a few years but with a new job and new opportunities I know have the time to brush the dust off of the Wolves and bring them out for some funzies. That said, looking over the new Psychic Awakening stuff got me pretty stoked and decided I could make a semi flavorful list. Not gonna go into tactics or anything, just going to start out with the list and see if it has any glaring deficiencies:

But no really I think I'd blow more points on the wulfen to get those shields. Honestly they get a chance to attack if they die before their turn in CC so the 3++ is pretty nice to have up front.

I think you'd get more dakka from a leviathan dread if you have one instead of the infiltrators. But that's really preference honestly. Looks like a take em from the rear list (giggity)

I think you're spot on with the Storm Shields, and hammers everywhere has never been a bad plan in my book.

As for the Leviathan request...I'm gonna need you to stop snooping through my shopping history...

I'm thinking overall I get to bubble wrap my boys from Deep Strike, deliver the pain in 3's going straight for the throat (or that juicy hind end) and if I'm feeling frisky have Herald do Herald things and sneak up to be a dumb bullet magnet.

Furries in the butt. Definitely a fun plan. Just remember to wear protection in the form of a shield

Honestly i love the 13th company. I know you said its supposed to be semi flavorful but if your going for the 13th co feel, primaris marines dont really fit. Grey hunters would be more fitting but Im an all in kinda gal. I would drop the infiltrators and pick up another squad of wulfen. I would also drop the jump pack priest for obvious wolfy reasons. Maybe do some more wolves or thunderwolf cavalry. Mix and match based on your level of thematic fetish.
